Bee's Baseball

Two Sunday's ago we went to a Bee's Baseball game, compliments of a family from our church (Thank You!). It was the hottest (in the 80's) day we've had all year. We were roasting until the sun went behind the stadium. During the hot part of the game, the girls and I walked around. We even went to a playground they had in the park. The girls said they enjoy watching baseball much more when Brooks plays, but even without Brooks, we still had a fun family day....

Chris and the girls fresh and ready for the game to start. I teased Chris that he looked ready for a hike, not a baseball game, but he didn't care; he was well protected from the sun (the day before he got burned while working in the yard).

Emma brought her ball she won years ago when she was watching our cousin (Brooks Conrad) play for a triple A team. She had Brooks sign it and wanted to have someone sign it on the Bee's team. We have no idea who it was (can't read signature), but Emma was excited.

I think this is the first time both girls were excited to go up to a character and get a picture taken .

I love bees games. I just love baseball games when you get to see them in person acutally. But not a fan to watch on TV. Glad you guys had a good day.
