The Nativity

The girls got to participate in the play our church put on this year. They both had speaking parts and sang in the choir. Chris sat off stage and played two songs. It was called "The Nativity" telling the story of Christ's birth. Last year we invited the girls teachers and our neighbors to the musical they were in and we were blessed by one of our nieghbors coming. This year we invited a few more then last year. Our neighbors that came last year asked if they could come before I was able to ask them. The first night Madi's teacher and husband came. The second night I had a row and a half of 11 people that came. Both our neighbors and Emma's teacher came. What a huge blessing. I pray that they, along with every person that came both nights, were touched through the story of our Savior.

"For to us a Child is born, to us a Son is given, and the government will be on His shoulders.  And He will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.  Of the greatness of His government and peace there will be no end.  He will reign on David's throne and over his kingdom, establishing and upholding it with justice and righteousness from that time on and forever.  The zeal of the LORD Almighty will accomplish this."
Isaiah 9:6-7
